This Wellbeing Tracker is specifically designed for pupils to take home and fill in on a daily basis. Dated from 15th August 2022 - 27 July 2023.
It has been scientifically proven that journaling for a very short period every day will help put problems and worries into perspective. Writing about low points and fears as well as feelings of happiness really can make a difference to personal wellbeing. This tracker encourages kids to write a few words about their day and answer a few straight forward questions along with activity suggestions for the following week. It provides a point of reference that they can revisit just to help keep potential worries in perspective.
